
Clinic fees are $3,000. Clinics are limited to six participants. The Intensives have been expanded to five days, and now include lunches, a catered dinner and social event on Saturday evening, and a complimentary massage. Clinics will be held in Apollo Beach, Florida, convenient to Tampa and St. Petersburg.

The clinics include direct individual and small group instruction with a facilitator and ample opportunity for small group interaction or individual practice using a computerized voiceprint program. Written and reading assignments are offered as well as audio or video tapes to be used when not in individual sessions. Total time spent in clinic activities totals 45 hours as lunches are deemed "social working lunches" and group interactions continue throughout the day and into the evening on the first and last evenings.
Materials include three books, DVD home program, video-taped home program, CD, computer software program, breathing enhancement devices, and course workbook. A minimum of 30 hours of direct instruction is provided, including voice, breathing and psychosocial assessments.
A Compliance contract will be developed for each participant and six hours of phone/email or personal follow-up are included in the cost of the clinic.
Lodging is not included. Affordable lodging is located nearby and references will be provided. Daily lunches, snacks, and drinks are provided, but not all inclusive. A payment of half the clinic fee ($1500) will hold a reservation.
The remainder is due two weeks prior to the clinic.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, the deposit or full payment is refundable if the reservation can be filled by another participant (minus $100 processing fee). If the reservation remains open at the time of the clinic, the deposit or full payment will not be refunded. However, it may be transferred to a future clinic date (minus $250 processing/re-scheduling fee). In the unexpected cancellation of a clinic by us, a full refund will be issued upon request.
Throughout the year:Connie, Mike and Dennis are available for private evaluations and consultations. Connie has been accepted into the Healthcare Professions Council of the UK (license SL21554) and travels to London several times per year.
Insurance: Connie's services as a certified, licensed speech and language pathologist are often covered under voice evaluation, or speech therapy. Itemized estimates or invoices will be provided upon request for insurance submission for reimbursement. Dennis's services may be covered under some insurance plans as well. Dennis is a licensed massage therapist and some of the covered benefits include: Massage, stress management, neuromuscular re-education, bodywork, and more. Robbie can provide an invoice for his psychosocial assessment and one hour of treatment. Estimates for precertification available upon request, but please direct your request to the appropriate provider. We do not file or process insurance claims.
