SCHEDULING
Connie is currently scheduling private consultations or teleconferences.
Private consultations are typcially booked for several consecutive days to respect travel time for out of town clients. In town clients are invited to participate in a slower paced program over several weeks/months. All services are $125.00 per hour and the number of hours can vary from a minimum for new clients of 3 hours, up to multiple days of 6-7 hours per day. The average is two days, 12-14 hours, and provides an intensive program. Video recording is highly recommended for home follow-up and is affordably priced at $50.00. I record on an IPad and if your device is available, I can easily Airdrop to you on site. Otherwise, I email the video.
Please contact Connie via email to schedule. Once dates and hours are determined, a deposit of half the total amount is due. The remaining fees are due at the first visit. Paypal, credit cards through Quickbooks invoicing, checks and bank transfers accepted. In person, credit card processing is available. All private consultations are provided in Connie's home office in Decatur, GA (Atlanta area convenient to the airport). COVID19: Connie is fully vaccinated. Masks provided/worn upon request.

Teleconferences are available in certain states, while other states prohibit it without licensure in their specific state. Appointments are booked in one hour segments at $125.00 per hour with no minimum, and scheduled appointment to appointment. Attention to time differences is important, especially with international clients. Payment in advance is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
When private consultations are cancelled within one week before the appointment, all deposit funds or prepaid teleconference fees are refundable, minus any fees Connie paid for credit card, paypal or wire transfers plus a 10% cancellation fee. If the consultation can be rescheduled, and fees retained until that time, there will be a one time 10% rescheduling fee added to the final invoice in lieu of the cancellation fee..

Cancellations more than one week prior to the original appointment date will be honored and only the credit card fees retained. All other fees paid will be refunded upon request. There will be no penalty if fees are retained until a rescheduled date.
For teleconferences, pre-payment is required and can be submitted up to the day prior to the appointment. Re-scheduling is encouraged, but if refunds are requested, only the credit card or bank transfer fees are retained. There is no penalty for cancellation of a teleconference unless it is considered a "No Show" when the therapist is available and the patient fails to show. In that case, full payment is retained or charged.
In the event of an emergency and Connie has to cancel, all fees will be refunded in full immediately, including any fees incurred by Connie. Connie is not to be held responsible for airline or hotel charges associated with a cancellation. This would be an unexpected and rare occurance.
